I. Purpose:

II. Content:
During this month, with my father, I have got the chance to work as an intern in Tianjin Haiping Industry and Trade Company, which really excited me for a long time. The company is a start-up by my father’s friend, and it belongs to a micro-firm, so it only employed ten people or less.
After an brief self-introduction with the staff of the company, my internship started. It was my first time that I worked in a real company. I felt a little nervous because I had no idea of what kind of job I would take. As an English major student, I’m sure my knowledge of English is adequate for the job. And I have basic knowledge of foreign trade I think I just need to apply it into practice. During this time I worked as an assistant in the office, helped to deal with the language work, such as communicating with foreigners in English and translating the files between the companies. And I also did some daily and easy work because of my lack of work experience.
Then my first major task was handling phone lines, including incoming and outgoing phone calls in the front desk. Initially, I thought this task would be easy, after all it was just answering phone calls, but I quickly learned how much work had to be put into these phone calls. I realized that I had to better equip myself with the knowledge about the communication, be prepared for answering questionings, and memorize all the department extension as we were not allowed to reference any directory when transferring calls. Fortunately, after one week, I was able to grasp all the necessary requirements and I progressed a lot. In addition, during my first task as front desk personnel, I was exposed to other tasks, such as do some faxing and photocopying in company, preparing the material for the workmates, fetching newspaper or other documents for them. I had been doing that work almost a week. At the very beginning, I was so disappointed about what I was busy with. I was even so tired of them and gave it up. But when I saw the hard-working mates and some courage from my friends and leader, I moved on.
The following weeks, I switched gears and moved to the main office where I would spend the next two weeks in front of a computer, conducting research into different corporations in China that produce the similar products with our company. The process was not only time consuming, but complex and knotty as it involved a great amount of reading and recording. I managed to produce information, and communicate with customers and send e-mails. E-mail is the most common form of communication with customers. Therefore, we can use the knowledge about English correspondence for foreign trade we have learned in school. Many buyers or full-time purchasers simply judge your professionalism by your E-mail. Many customers also liked contacting with me on MSN or Skype, and they would ask for voice communication. At first I was nervous ,and I was always thinking about how to speak English in the right words and correct grammar. However, I found that they were not exactly strict to my English. As long as my oral English is enough to communicate and I know professional product knowledge, they can understand what I say. They are all outgoing but serious when talking about business.
Though hard and a little boring, I can be a part of the social society and enjoyed the pressure and competition from the outside world, quite different from the school yard. And also, many disadvantages and weakness have shocked me so much during the intern time. When I was blamed or criticized for my fault at first, I would try to argue with them and avoid my duty in the case. However, now, after such a long time training, I will be silent to accept what they teach me or scold me, and then self-question myself to make some changes. What I learned at school is so limited that I can hardly put into practice when faced with different complicated situations in society. So there is no doubt that I’ll read more and experience much to balance the book-knowledge and social life. And only in this way, can I be of importance to me, then to the country.
III. Gains:
"Study for the sake of use." as a Chinese saying goes, I should say that there does exist a big gap between theories and practice. During this internship period, I have learned a lot of things that I can't get from our books:
First, it offers me an opportunity to get in touch with the things that I haven't encountered before. Many products of our company are stranger to us. Furthermore, I have broadened my horizons.
Secondly, the internship rightly provides me with a good chance to train my ability of communication and improve the spirit of teamwork. There are about ten employees in all. I didn't get acquainted with any of the other four, but in the first week, we got familiar with each other and shared information with each other. Also, when I encounter a difficult case, I'll also turn to the senior members of this department for help and they are always ready to help. Harmonious interpersonal relationship, right? Yes,a good relationship with our colleagues is priceless treasure to us as well as a h2 sense of teamwork.
Thirdly, English is just a tool for communication. Therefore, as an English major student, we can't be limited to the study of the language but involve ourselves with knowledge of other areas. In the first few days, I always felt frustrated because there were so many new terms that I couldn't digest thoroughly. Although I can do very well in English reading, there are much desired for me to understand the situations provided by customers. However, practice makes perfect. With almost one-month practice, I now manage to handle the cases well. Knowledge, like the sea, is boundless; only through hard study can one reach the destination. It is completely right.
IV. Problems and Solutions :
The first one is related with the foreign trade terms. Such as quotation, ordering, terms of payments, out-factory preparation and payment. They are the most complicated and difficult issues. Because my major is not business English, I did not know the jargon and the professional name of our products at the beginning. I would read some books about International Trade to learn them by myself. And sometimes, I would ask others to explain them for me. The best solutions will be taken down into my note book. I know it does need some time to experience in handling such cases.
The second, my working attitude is not good enough. At first, I did not realize the seriousness of working. But I tried to correct my thoughts and focused myself on my work. But the members there did offer great help and teach me a lot of things.
The third, being shy is always my weakness. In fact, when I am with my friend, I am talkative. But during my work there, at first, I get nervous with the strangers.
The last but not least, my oral English is not good enough and I must practice it again and again to improve it. When I was talking with the foreigners I found that sometimes it was very hard to understand what they are talking about, not because of sick listening comprehension, but their accents, which really bothered me a lot. What we learned in the class is Standard English, so it is easy for us to understand each other. There are some customers’ pronunciation I cannot understand. One time, a client called me on Skype, so I found that he spoke very fast and I just can catch "Hello!" Then I could not understand any word and I immediately told him I do not understand what he said, and then he typed while I speak. So I'll work hard to get a good command of oral English and listen to the pronunciation from different countries frequently. Thus I'll have a more fluent communication with my clients. Actually, I've been taken action right away. I try my best to make friends and chat with them from different countries. I'll work even harder.

通过两年的工作磨练，自己在政治思想方面有了新进步，行政履职能力有了新提高，工作业绩取得了新进展，廉洁自律也有新成效，但是与贯彻落实科学发展观的要求相比，与高效率履行工作职责的要求相比，与学校领导对自己提出的的期望和要求相比还有较大差距：一是学习还很不够，缺乏系统性和深入性。需要在今后的工作中进一步加强政治理论学习，向优秀学习，边学习边思考边总结，深化学习效果，经常对自己所做的工作进行反思总结、汲取经验教训，增强理性思维，提高素质能力。二是思想还不够解放，观念还不能很好的适应科学发展观的要求，跟不上形势发展的需要。在今后的工作中，要进一步加大解放思想的力度，进一步加强对科学发展观的认识、理解和运用，自觉按照科学发展观的要求创新工作思路，改进工作理念和工作方式。三是要改进工作方式方法，避免苛求于人。在一些具体问题上不能事事都要求完美，因人、因事、因时要体现区别，要注重把大家的积极性发挥好、保护好，营造出一种生气勃勃的良好局面，学会会干事、干成事，干好事。

妈妈算是一个女强人，也是一个天生的乐天派，但人也比较固执，易激动。也许是遗传的影响，我也比较固执、易激动和要强。爸爸在家中排行也是老大，是他弟弟妹妹们的表帅，所以比较严肃，我也很恼他，不喜欢与他亲近，同时爸爸也是一个意旨力坚强的人，这对我独立的个性形成影响是非常大的。他时常鼓励我和弟弟独立在外面闯荡，虽然妈妈患上“中风病”，他一个人承担着照顾妈妈的责任，毫无怨言，为的就是我们能在外面安心工作，这也是我家敬佩的地方。也预示着做什么事情，自己都能独当一面。
从小学到中学，我都是在掌声与花环中度过的。这使我形成了追求完美的个性，也是我产生自卑心理的根源。高二那年，由于某种原因没能参加高考，这是我人生面临的第一个低谷，那时我才十八岁，为了圆我的大学梦，左右老乡来到河南郑州上大学，参加成人自考教育，我选择的是中医，凭着自己的勤奋，一举以优异的成绩过了本科的考试。由于是自考，社会的认可度不是很高，加之工作单位对医学类人员要求较高，什么中级以上职称，三级甲等医院或二级甲等医院工作经验，要不就是正规医学院校毕业，将我们自考生拒之门外，无非毕业找工作成为我人生第二低谷，真的让我感到无助与无奈。从那时起我就暗下决心一定要考一所名牌大学的研究生。为了能够更多的实践，我在同学的帮助下，我们郑州跑到了新乡，在实习完之后，正准备离开新乡，考研之时，我看到的我们公司的招聘广告，我很幸运应聘成功，似乎看到的一线旭光。说实话，我还是比较喜欢这份工作的。加为我们的工作的性质就为青少年健康保驾航，每天都要接待大量困扰的青少年朋友，则开始工作时带着年轻人的干劲和热情，工作成绩非常突出。尤其是在心理咨询这一块更是强项。工作不到三个月就成功的解决了深受困扰的朋友，。亿给我写来了感谢信。这对我心理咨询工作起来很大的鼓舞，所以促使我一无返顾的选择了心理咨询这一项工作，但由于我们工作除了咨询外更重要的是销售我们公司自己研制的产品，所以与我们心理学咨询是免费的而商家或公司追求的是“利润”使领导对我的工作不是很满意，尽管我很努力，但是得到的却是沉重的打击，使我正处于生的第三低谷，但我觉得心理咨询给了我很大的帮助，使我很快的就摆脱的情绪上的困扰。
由于每个人一生都有低谷和高峰，我觉得人只在在低谷时，才能真正体现自己的价格魅力。无论是好，还是坏。善于体验和观察的人是会认真领悟的。
在未涉及心理咨询之前，我是一个心理学的爱好 者，选择成为一名咨询师：一是工作中受到鼓舞，二是我曾经也深被心理问题困扰，十分痛苦而且需要帮助的人很多，三是对优秀心理咨询师的要求很高，不但要求有系统的知识，高是非常高的。不但要求也比一般职业更为强调。因为人格品质不仅对建立良好的咨询关系具有根本的意义，它与技能报导有着内在的联系。
我查阅了一些相关资料对心理咨询师的基本要求应具有这些人格品质：首先他至少应该是比较成熟的，具有足够的人生经历和社会经验，具有充分的灵活性，能够针对具体情况适当的动作，适当的爱。咨询师必须具有比较温暖的人格，这样才能更好地与人相处，它所创造的良好的情感氛围也有助于当事人的成长。咨询师必须有清楚的自我图像，有一个建构良好的自我同一性。咨询师的人格中必须保持一定的母性。咨询中的母性意味着真诚的爱，不计个人的恩怨，希望孩子尽早成熟。咨询师的人格必须具有充分的刚性，能够承受拉与压缩。咨询师应该具有比较易于摆脱焦虑的人格和沉着。咨询师的人格应该能够承受人性中所有破坏性的力量，能够承受特别积极的力量。爱，柔情等是每一个当事人的人格的一个部分，好的咨询应该使建设性的力量充分地释放出来。一个优秀的咨询师，能够在记忆中有意识地保留更多的对过去事件的记忆。研究表明，许多有创造性的人物，对童年的困难往往记忆犹新，但事实上他们的童年与一般人并无多大差别，只是他们更能从童年的痛苦经历中学习罢了。优秀的咨询师能够承受孤寂，甚至偶尔以孤寂为乐事。他具有充分的内在资源，无须为断地和他人接触。唯当我们能够享受和珍视我们的个人世界时，我们才能充分尊重当事人的个人世界。优秀的咨询师具有善于运用非言语表达手段的人格品质。咨询师如何向他的当事人表明他的尊重呢？这更多地是通过行动，而不是言语来表达的。在咨询中非言语表达，甚至包括必要的沉默，往往是很有益处的。关注，倾听，体姿，表情等，往往比语言更有力地传达到了尊重，真诚的价值观念和情感，给了当事人力量，使他们有勇气探索自己，做出自己的决定。优秀的咨询师是富有幽默的。研究表明，幽默感是心理咨询取得成功的重要条件。善于幽默和善于笑的人让别人喜欢，也让自己喜欢，使大家都处于轻松愉快的状态。优秀的咨询师是怀着深深的爱心的人。他深信爱，温情，真诚，质朴，比声誉，地位，权力，财富更能打动人。那些不爱穷人，厌恶伤病者和垂死者，讨厌与世俗不合者的人，不能成为一个好的咨询师。
我的人生价值观从奥尔波特等人编制的《价值观研究量表》看，我认为我主要属于理论型和社会型的人的价值观特点，喜欢具有智慧，兴趣，求知欲强，富于纪想，重视用批评和理性的方法去寻求真理。同时热心社会活动，尊重他人价值，利他和注重人文关怀。所以这对我从事心理咨询工作是非常大的内动力。这也许就是我具备我成为优秀心理咨询师的条件吧！加上自己的人格特点，通过自己的坚持不懈努力和不断的完善，是可以成为一名优秀的心理咨询师。

对本职岗位的认识
根据中国农业大学处级机构设置和职能任务,发展规划处的主要职能包括七个方面,分别是:(1)负责学校发展战略及总体发展规划的研究,编制及督办落实;(2)协调有关部门,负责"985"工程,"211"工程等重大专项的论证申报,组织管理,落实监督,验收评估等工作;(3)协调有关部门,进行校园发展规划的研究,组织编制校园总体规划以及校园重大建设项目的校内前期论证工作;(4)协调有关部门,负责学校学科专业调整,机构设置,院系调整方案的规划论证以及学校各级各类研究中心/辅助单位设置的论证工作;(5)协调组织进行社会主义新农村建设以及高等教育发展研究的相关工作,并组织参与国家管理学科相关项目的申报及研究工作;(6)统一管理学校各种基础数据,负责学校基础数据库,统计,年鉴等工作;(7)负责组织研究,起草学校重大建议和重要报告.经过一年来的工作,主要有两点体会:
第一,学校组建发展规划处的决定十分及时,正确,是完善现代大学管理体系的重要举措.我个人认为,根据以上的基本职责和任务可以看出,发展规划处是学校重要的综合性,交叉性的管理部门,其主要作用是战略研究,统筹规划,综合协调,既是学校事业发展的规划部门,也是学校重大规划任务的协调落实部门.从建立现代大学管理制度的角度来看,发展规划处具有其特殊而重要的管理功能,有鉴于此,目前绝大多数985大学相继组建了发展规划处,足见其重要性之所在.
第二,担任发展规划处处长的岗位是富有挑战性和特殊性的岗位.这是由该部门的基本岗位职责所决定的.我个人体会,作为发展规划处的处长必须具有三个重要的基本素质和能力,一是要具有较丰富的综合知识和较强的综合分析问题的能力,才能够完成大量的战略规划工作;二是要具有较强的多部门,多单位综合协调能力和工作技能,才能够在正确处理各方面竞争与矛盾的基础上,完成相关任务;三是要具有较强的文字表达和写作能力,才能够以较高质量完成大量的报告编写和研究工作.这三点既是本人工作的体会,也是一年来在具体工作中不断提高自己管理能力的奋斗方向和努力的重点.
(二)一年来的岗位工作任务完成情况总结
一年来的工作头绪很多.为了便于检查考核,我分别从规划处基本任务完成情况一一加以简要总结概述.
1,组织完成学校总体发展规划编制工作. 在学校领导的统一部署和安排下,我本人直接组织,起草完成并正式发布了《中国农业大学事业发展规划》,《中国农业大学新农村建设行动规划纲要》两个重要文件.还组织完成了我校第一个《中国农业大学事业发展规划文献汇编》一书,约近30万字,成为集成我校各级,各部门规划的重要历史资料.组织起草完成了《中国农业大学211工程第三期预可行性规划报告》并已提交教育部.2,负责推进"985工程"的各项基本建设.我校"985工程"二期建设项目于XX年4月正式启动.迄今为止,三年到校总经费1.5亿元.自"985工程"的管理工作由学校科技处划归发展规划处以来,克服人力不足的困难,切实加强"985工程"管理工作的协调力度和监管力度,完善管理程序,使"985工程"各项建设任务积极推进年是"985工程"实施三年来进展最快的一年,科研平台基地建设基本落实,重大仪器设备采购基本完成,各项工作顺利进行.
3.协调完成了"985工程"人才建设工作.经过联合人事,科技,国际中心等部门认真组织和各个平台的积极申报,先后组织各级各类人才协调论证会议5次.截止到XX年底,学校利用"985工程"人才队伍经费引进各类人才28人,配套教育部新世纪人才27人,教育部创新团队2个,高等学校创新引智基地2个.各类人才经费也已基本落实.
4,协调完成我校国家级重点学科评估和新学科增补工作. 根据学校领导的指示,国家重点学科评估工作由发展规划处牵头落实.为此,我们联合研究生院,科技处等机构成立学科建设协调办公室,认真积极的组织各个学科评估材料和申报工作,严格把关,积极服务,确保上报材料的水平和质量.经过全校的共同努力,我校19个国家重点学科评估全部顺利通过,这是一件值得关注的大事.同时,也开始积极部署新增加学科的申报工作.
5,协调服务社会主义新农村建设工作.在XX年底,在学校领导下,牵头组织相关部门和学院,在我国高校率先完成了《中国农业大学服务新农村建设""行动纲要》.并成功组织召开了新闻发布会,在校内外引起很好反响.教育部XX年第151期,152期简报分别刊登了我校服务新农村建设的工作进展.学校服务新农村建设的新高潮由此掀起.另外,牵头组织落实了北京市教育委员会共建项目《服务北京社会主义新农村建设》工作.经听取专家意见,项目共设六个子项目.分别涉及科技示范基地建设,人才培训,应用型研究生培养,红色1+1,提高农村商品信息化程度等方面.目前,各子项目均已启动,建设进展顺利.
6,负责完成学校统计工作和年鉴工作.统计工作是我处一项重要工作职能.在学校各部门的支持配合下,按时保质地完成了统计数据上报工作,并逐步理清了校内统计工作责任,初步建立了统计工作机制,促进了统计工作的规范化.根据上级部门的要求,协调学校有关单位,顺利完成了-XX学年中国农业大学《高等教育基层统计报表》的上报.负责完成了《中国农业大学统计公报》.此表分28个分表,涉及17个校内单位,共54页,上报数据达数千条.通过汲取经验,学校首次发布了《中国农业大学统计工作管理规定》,使之制度化,规范化.《XX年鉴》编撰工作进展顺利.
7,协调完成了教育部直属高校""基本建设计划编制与上报工作年7月,教育部发布了《教育部办公厅关于布置直属高校编制""基本建设计划》的通知.我首次接手此项工作,工作难度非常大.根据教育部的要求,与后勤基建处,财务处配合,在广泛征求各学院和附属单位意见的基础上,召开了多次会议研讨会议,并多次报学校党委常委暨校长办公会审议,按时完成了《中国农业大学""基本建设计划报告》的上报工作.8,组织开展了XX年度发展规划专题咨询项目的研究工作.11月,根据学校领导指示要求,组织开展了XX年度中国农业大学发展规划专题咨询项目《世界一流涉农大学发展道路研究》的组织立项 工作.我们积极组织有研究能力和国外留学经历的教师申报,确定了20个课题立项.目前已经完成研究报告70万字,得到了瞿振元书记等校领导的高度评价,正在组织进行成果凝练.
9,协调完成了学校部分研发中心的论证工作和各级研究中心的普查工作.一年来,先后组织开展了"985工程"曲周实验站建设论证以及学校草业工程中心,中国农业大学—超大集团作物科学研究中心,土地中心,中法肉牛中心,荒漠化中心等近10个研究机构的论证工作,使得我校研究中心等机构设置的论证工作步入制度化和规范化.根据校领导的指示,还对全校所有研究中心现状进行了全面普查,加强了管理.
10,参与组织和起草了学校部分重要报告.发展规划处还担负着起草学校重要文件的任务.一年来,按照学校安排,我直接参与学校第二届党代会《党委工作报告》的调研活动并组织起草了党代会报告初稿.完成了《校长任期述职报告》以及教学评估综合材料等撰写工作.
(三),在具体管理工作方面的体会
上任伊始,发展规划处既没有工作基础,工作条件,也没有人员队伍,一切都是从零开始.但是,学校的工作一刻不能怠慢.面对新的岗位,新的任务,我一方面按照学校部署,积极选拔人员,在1个月内组成了7个人的团队,另一方面,开始思考和谋划如何能够在较短时期内打开工作局面,获得领导和群众的认可,这是一个不小的考验. 回顾一年来的工作,实践证实,我和我们处的全体同仁经受住了考验,付出了积极努力,得到了大家的认可,工作取得了预期效果,略感欣慰.这些成绩的取得,离不开学校领导的支持和鼓励,离不开各级部门和学院的支持合作,离不开广大老师的理解和支持,在此表示感谢.
从个人管理体会角度,有以下几方面需要进一步加以总结和汇报.
1,重视发展规划工作的宏观制度建设.为进一步促进校园建设,"985工程","211工程"设备采购等工作决策咨询的规范化,民主化和科学化,在我们的积极倡导下,经学校研究同意,组织成立了《中国农业大学校园建设规划委员会》,《"985工程","211工程"设备采购委员会》,《学科创新引智基地领导小组》等,有力地保障了学校重大发展决策的科学化.
2,探索建立多部门协调合作机制,提高效率. 多部门密切合作是完成发展规划工作的重要保障,对此,我们十分重视并积极主动地做好协调合作工作."985工程"日常管理工作非常烦琐,涉及多个部门.在保障正常运转的前提下,积极配合平台主任和办事人员联系校内及校外部门,缩短办事程序和时间,加快运转效率.为了提高办事效率,简化程序,分别与后勤基建处,财务处,国有资产管理处国际合作与交流处等相关部门座谈,研讨有关"985工程"内部管理问题.先后与国有资产管理处制定了"985工程","211工程"仪器设备采购与管理程序,与后勤基建处制定了"985工程","211工程"基本建设与修缮项目管理程序,与财务处就"985工程"财务管理办法进行了座谈并起草了补充规定.3,建立处内工作制度,保障工作运行顺畅.我始终认识到,机构的内部建设是高效开展工作的重要保证.因此,从我处成立伊始,就认真开展了处内制度建设和工作作风建设.倡导要勤于学习,敢于创新,坚持"效率第一,团结第一".为了加强内部管理,保证工作运行顺畅,先后制定了《中国农业大学发展规划处公章管理规定》,《发展规划处处内财务和报销管理规定》,《发展规划处处务会议制度》,《发展规划处国有资产管理规定》等管理制度.十分重视民主集中制原则,处内班子集体研究决定工作,经费的预决算及处内有关人事,财务,干部和职工考核等重要,重大问题.推行了每周一处务会制度.坚持处务公开,促进了全处和谐团结.
4,自觉加强理论学习,注重改进工作作风.一年来,围绕新的工作要求,通过网络,报刊和订阅《中国高等教育》,《中国高教研究》等期刊,主动学习了诸如现代大学管理理论,高校财务管理制度,高校基本建设指标分析,高等农业教育发展道路等相关文章和专著,受益匪浅,颇有启发,丰富了理论.同时,重视学习中央重要文件以及科学发展观的理论,不断提高政治理论水平,指导本质工作.联系学校实际,积极撰写处级干部理论文章《中国农业大学发展指标比较与发展建议》.注重联系群众,尤其是在学校重大规划,学科建设等方面重视发挥专家教授的论证,听取他们的意见.积极深入学院进行学科建设,党建,985工程等专项调查,倾听基层的意见并积极改进工作.在日常工作中,能够严格要求自己,求真务实,清正廉洁,敢于坚持原则,敢于创新思路.
二,体会与不足
半年来,虽然我们完成了一些工作,但是我们仍然认识到,一些工作还处于刚刚起步的阶段,还需要进一步加强制度建设,加强与相关部门的沟通,协调和配合,还需要进一步的学习和研究.
我们充分认识到,发展规划处在学校综合协调方面具有重要的作用,证明了学校设立发展规划处的决策是正确的,定位是准确的.
1,我们深刻体会到,学校各级领导的支持是做好发展规划处工作的重要保障.我处成立以来,得到学校各位领导,特别是瞿振元书记和陈章良校长的亲切关怀和指导,对一些重要工作亲自部署,亲自督促,使我处一些新接手的工作较快地步入了正轨.
2,学校各部门,各学院的支持和密切配合,也使我们的工作能够顺利进行.
3,努力学习,掌握基本工作技能,是做好规划工作的前提条件.我们特别要重视向领导学习,向其他部门学习,向兄弟院校学习,了解全校的基本情况.只有不断学习,加强研究,才能更好地履行职责.
4,努力做好制度建设是推进,落实各项工作的根本保障.
5,必须建立相关的协调机制.学校统计工作,"985工程"等工作,涉及到的部门较多,建立协调机制,有利于明确责任,督促落实.
在取得成绩的同时,我们也认识到,我们的工作还存在一定的不足:主要是对"985工程"工作落实的推动不够,与部门间协调不够,对发展咨询研究工作不够,特别是高等教育研究没有支持计划,没有专职人员,与兄弟院校相比有很大差距等.

2、发挥老教师和党员的模范带头作用，严格耐心指导年轻教师的各项工作，关心他们的生活，培养他们树立大局观、整体观意识，青年教师的发展，关系到学校优良传统的延续，也意味着教师的健康成长和持续发展。利用例会定期开展批评与自我批评活动，交流思想，提高认识，树立良好的服务意识和师德师风水平，以培养学生"十项素质"为目标,关心爱护学生，工作中讲实效、讲奉献、求创新、求质量。

3、根据学校对"翻转课堂"要求，立足本组情况加强对理念的了解与研究。组内成立微视频研究指导小组，负责及时转达学校的要求及对其他教师进行跟进式指导。确保每位教师都能积极地参与进来，努力制作出对课堂有指导意义的微视频。鼓励教师总结提炼翻转课堂教学设计经验，撰写相关论文。本学期杨铸伟老师参加了xx市优质课评选，(结果还未出)
4、坚持安全第一的思想。在培养学生勇敢顽强和努力进取精神的同时，充分认识体育课的安全问题。体育课上要加强安全教育，提高学生的安全保护意识，做到安全问题课课讲。课前认真检查场地和器材、课上认真做好准备活动，杜绝伤害事故的发生。
三、阳光体育
学生每天一小时校园体育活动是国家对学校教育的基本要求，也是切实提高学生体质健康水平的基本保证。
1、加大力度组织、设置了本学期体育节的各项活动，以人人参与阳光体育、促进学生健康成长为宗旨、以健康、文明、育人、向上、为主题开展了足球、篮球、网球、羽毛球、乒乓球、游泳、拔河、跳绳、踢毽、登楼梯、棋类等丰富多样的体育竞赛。通过竞赛培养了学生合作、自信、果敢、耐劳、公平等优良品质，发展了学生个性特长，促进学生身体、心理和社会适应能力健康发展。
2、合理安排30分钟的大课间体育活动，结合学校的实际情况，利用广播操和跑步等形式推动群众性体育活动的开展，提高了学生户外体育活动的质量，丰富校园体育文化生活。
3、积极配合工会工作，牺牲大量休息时间培训教工健美操和田径队的训练，使这两项赛事都取得了良好的成绩。
四、学校运动队管理和建设
1、实行各代表队负责制，老师要加强对运动员的管理，第二周召开了全体运动员大会，强化思想品质、组织纪律、文化学习、训练态度等方面的教育，反思训练和学习的关系,确立自己的奋斗目标。加强与班主任及家长的交流与沟通，达到家庭和学校共同教育培养学生的目的，克服各种违纪、违规行为。树立学生的集体荣誉感，争取获得最佳成绩，为学校争光。
2、不断提高学校代表队的训练水平，要求教师自身加强学习与培训，科学有效的提升专项训练水平，通过训练达到队员运动竞技水平的不段提高。
3、加入了校园足球协会，二十多年后参加了今年的市长杯足球赛，并取得了较好的成绩。
